Cozy Cafe Sim is a free online cafe management simulation game where you drag ingredients to prepare drinks, pastries, and desserts, and serve them to named animal guests. You can start playing directly in your browser with no downloads or sign-ups required, supporting both PC and mobile devices. At first, the owner handles everything: taking orders, making drinks and pastries, serving, cleaning, and washing dishes. Dragging the two ingredients shown in a customer's order bubble onto the crafting station transforms them into the actual finished menu item, which you can then deliver to the customer to earn gold and reputation. As your gold grows, you can expand your cafe to unlock tables and hire staff across 11 roles: Chef, Baker, Barista, Customer Service, Table Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Dishwasher, Cashier, Server, Manager, and Cafe Police. Each staff member moves along real pathways and automatically handles their duties, making cafe management much smoother. Collect reputation and gold to grow your cafe through 5 stages—from the Forest Cabin to the Garden Veranda, Cozy Bakery, Rainy Greenhouse, and Starlit Grand Cafe. Yes. Your last visit time is saved on your device to calculate up to 4 hours of offline gold. Hiring staff increases your earning speed further.
How do I hire staff?
Collect gold and choose candidates for desired roles from the staff menu. There are 11 roles, including Chef, Baker, Barista, Customer Service, Table Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Dishwasher, Cashier, Server, Manager, and Cafe Police.
Do staff members have different stats?
Yes. Each staff member has speed, quality, and stamina stats along with up to 3 special skills, meaning performance varies even within the same role.
How do I expand the cafe?
Satisfy the gold and reputation requirements in the expansion menu to upgrade to the next stage. There are 5 stages in total, from the Forest Cabin to the Starlit Grand Cafe.
What are food thieves?
Customers who appear with a certain chance to steal finished menu items or unpaid bills. Hiring Cafe Police staff increases the chance to track down thieves and recover lost gold.
What effects do furniture items have?
Interiors purchased from the furniture shop provide practical bonuses to cafe management, such as reduced customer patience loss, decreased floor mess, and increased VIP visit chances. You can activate up to 3 at the same time.
Can I train staff for other roles?
Some staff members have designated trainable roles, and you can switch their work schedule to a different role by paying gold.
Does the game save automatically?
Yes. Your game progress is automatically saved to your device and will be maintained unless you click 'Restart from Beginning'.
